What exactly do you do — planning, styling, vendors… or all of it?
All of it. Concept + creative direction, vendor curation, timelines, logistics, and on-site execution. You show up looking good — we run the night.
How far in advance should I reach out?
Sweet spot is 4–10 weeks. Peak season (May–Oct) fills fast, so earlier is always better — especially for premium vendors and weekend dates.
What’s the booking process + how do deposits work?
We start with your intake form → send a curated game plan + estimate → lock your date with a retainer. Final totals depend on vendors, add-ons, and custom builds.
What’s a realistic budget for a “luxury” event?
Luxury is about scale + detail. Most clients land between $2,000–$10,000+. Want a statement install + photo/video + entertainment? That’s where it climbs — and it’s worth it.
Do you handle setup, breakdown, and cleanup coordination?
Yes. We coordinate delivery windows, setup builds, and breakdown. If a cleaning crew is needed, we’ll book that too.
Can you work with my venue’s rules + required vendors?
Absolutely. We’ll align with venue restrictions (noise, load-in, insurance, preferred vendors) and still make it feel like your event — not a banquet template.
What vendors can you curate and book?
DJs, photo/video, décor teams, florals, glam, specialty carts, caterers, bartenders/mixology, transportation, security, cleanup, plus the “extra” stuff that makes it iconic.
Can you build a theme without making it corny?
That’s literally the assignment. We do elevated themes: cohesive palette, texture, lighting, and details that look expensive — not like party store chaos.
Do you travel outside NJ?
Yes — NJ + nearby areas, and out-of-state upon request. Travel fees vary based on distance and the vendor lineup.
